Members can book a playing time seven days in advance.
A member can have a maximum of three reservations at the same time, and match play bookings also count towards this.
Appointments are released from Monday to Sunday every even and half hour, always 120 minutes before the booking time. Appointments can be booked through Nexgolf or from the caddiemaster.
Guest players can book a playing time three weekdays in advance. Guest players can book a playing time on weekdays before 3 PM and after 6 PM, and on weekends before 10 AM or after 2 PM.
A member may bring one guest during membership hours, and at other times up to three guests. (Membership hours are weekdays 3–6 PM, Sat–Sun 10 AM–2 PM).
Guest players' handicap limits: Men hcp 30, women hcp 36.
The maximum total handicaps for the starting group is 110
A tee time cancellation must be made no later than two hours before the scheduled time through Nexgolf or by calling the caddiemaster. If the tee time is not used, a warning may be given or the green fee may be charged.
